- To ensure consistent, high-quality care for every dog, we’ve simplified our extended stay policy. Stays of 14 nights or more receive a 10% discount. No additional or custom discounts are offered. Multi-dog households (3 or more dogs from the same family) may qualify for a separate structured rate.
- Arcadia is open until 6:00 PM on weekdays and until 5:00 PM on weekends. Boarding is charged by the night. Pick-up before 1:00 PM on departure day includes complimentary daycare time. Pick-ups after 1:00 PM will incur a flat $25 daycare fee, as your dog remains in our care beyond the 24-hour boarding period.
- A $10 per night, per dog surcharge applies during peak holiday periods, including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas & New Year’s Weeks, Memorial Day Weekend, July 3rd–7th, and Labor Day Weekend. No deposit is required for established clients; however, timely communication regarding schedule changes or cancellations is expected.
- After-hours pick-up may be available by confirmed prior arrangement and is subject to a $75 fee. Availability is not guaranteed. The latest possible pick-up time, if approved, is 8:00 PM.
- Free-range ranch playtime is included in all boarding rates. We do not charge for special feeding instructions or medication administration, including routine supplements. Raw and frozen diets are accommodated with safe, proper storage.
- A capped 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments over $600 and to card-not-present transactions. Cash, check, and invoices under $600 are not subject to processing fees.
BATHING
After a full day of romping with their friends, your dog may not be at their cleanest… but no worries! Your pooch can come home fresh and clean. Please note that we use a hypoallergenic shampoo in house, or you can bring your preferred brand/type from home.
Small dogs between 15-35 lbs are $35/bath.
Medium dogs 36 – 70 lbs are $45/bath.
Large dogs 71 lbs and up are $50/bath.
Please note: Dog baths must be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead.
