BOARDING PRICES

Board your dog for a day, a week or longer – We specialize in long term stays.

ALL PRICES ARE PER DOG, PER NIGHT. 

ADDITIONAL FEES, HOLIDAY RATES & DISCOUNTS

• To ensure consistent, high-quality care for every dog, we’ve simplified our extended stay policy. Stays of 14–20 nights receive a 10% discount, while stays of 21 nights or more receive a 15% discount. No additional discounts are offered. Multi-dog households (3 or more dogs from the same family) may qualify for a separate structured rate.
• Arcadia is open until 6:00 PM on weekdays and 5:00 PM on weekends. Boarding is charged by the night. Pick-up before 1:00 PM on departure day includes complimentary daycare time. Pick-ups after 1:00 PM incur a flat $25 daycare fee, as your dog remains in our care beyond the standard boarding period.
• A $10 per-night, per-dog surcharge applies during peak holiday periods, including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas & New Year’s Weeks, Memorial Day Weekend, July 3rd–7th, and Labor Day Weekend. No deposit is required for established clients; however, timely communication regarding schedule changes or cancellations is expected.
• After-hours pick-up may be available by prior arrangement and is subject to a $50 fee. Availability is not guaranteed. The latest approved pick-up time is 8:00 PM.
• Limited client accommodation requests, including medication pickup, prescription runs, and other avoidable off-site errands, may be available for existing clients and are billed at $40 per hour. Emergency veterinary transport related to urgent medical situations is excluded from these charges. Availability is subject to scheduling constraints.
• Free-range ranch playtime is included in all boarding rates. We do not charge for medication administration, routine supplements, or special feeding instructions. Raw and frozen diets are accommodated with safe, proper storage.
