Visitation/orientation days are limited for the next few weeks but we can still try to find time for your dog for future bookings. Please give us a call or email us.
Howdy folks! We still have room for Labor Day weekend for dogs that have boarded here in the past. We still have a couple of appointment times mid next week to set up for orientations for new dogs needing boarding after Labor Day weekend as well.
We have space for returning customers only for this weekend.
We are currently full for all predesignated visitation/orientation days until July 23rd, 2019.
Due to overall increased cost of living and general sustainability, we will be raising our nightly boarding rates beginning January 1st, 2020 by 12% – 13%. This will be the first time since 2013. After research, we have discovered that Arcadia is fairly low priced as well when it comes to comparing to other kennels (Snohomish + King Counties) given our level of care and amenities. With your support and understanding, we can continue to provide excellent care and a safe environment for the dogs.
*Dog bath rates will remain the same
*Holiday rate will remain the same
Hello folks, we are full up for the July 4th week.
I have lost my voice due to illness, this makes it very difficult to answer my phone calls or call anyone back. I’ve been like this for the last three days. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused inquiring customers. Please email me at email@example.com.
I’ve been out of town, please know that I try to get back to each and every one of you when I get time, even while on vacation. Please be patient and I will continue to provide personal customer service. The next tour appointments can be made for May 18th, we have a noon and a 1pm available. Please call or email and we will try and get you an exclusive spot!
The dogs boarding here and their sanctity is priority number one and having a free range/cage free kennel has a whole different set of rules to play by. The last visitation weekend day that was available was May 7th. The next tour appointments can be made for May 18th, we have a noon and a 1pm available. I will be trying to make more appointments between now and after, but given the nature of our operation, it’s not always that easy. It’s possible to make exceptions on weekdays, but the appointments must to be set between noon and 2pm, no exceptions allowed on the time of day unfortunately. If we were a traditional kennel it would be easier, but we aren’t and by keeping in mind the personalities of some dogs that stay here, strangers (to them) that come by can cause quite a stir. So, to keep every one calm we just have to play by the protocol. Inquire via contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
At this point in time, we will not be able to take on new clients as we do not have any available visitations/orientation dates between now and mid April 2019. Sorry for this inconvenience.
